Summary: Love this hotel, have stayed previously and would stay again. Doesn’t feel like your typical Benidorm hotel, has a much more upmarket feel. Really lovely pool area with heated pool. Poolside Cocktails are excellent, albeit it can take quite a while to be served when only one staff working but they are really made with care and attention so worth the wait! Breakfast is excellent, everything you could want and even had live music one morning. Only small gripe is we actually got told off like naughty children for taking a couple of pastries from the breakfast buffet . . we had paid for breakfast that day but our transfer was leaving so really didn’t see a problem grabbing something for the journey, it was literally 5 mins before it officially opened but the staff member was having none of it! Apart from that, staff are great, especially the reception staff who are super welcoming and helpful.
